I visited Artefact Architectural Antiques today for the first time. It was a short trip, but for whatever amount of time I was there, I completely felt inspired and fell in love with all of the textural elements, from tiles and mirrors to gorgeous patterned rugs. Most of the items are salvaged from old buildings, and you could tell that everything had a story behind it.
Like guys, seriously, how amazing are these rugs?
The store itself is in an old barn that was built in that late 1800s, so it was a bit chilly inside, but I felt like a kid in a candy store. I did not want to leave. I kept running around taking photos, not wanting to forget these patterns. It was like a photoshoot from a really hip friend you would have.
